Red, White & Blue Charcuterie

July 28, 2020

You all know I love a good charcuterie board! And I've found I love putting together a themed board for special occasions and holidays. So I couldn't pass up the opportunity for the Fourth of July and some patriotic flair. I ran with a red, white, and blue concept for guiding my food selection. What I ended up with is super basic and you can get anywhere. Charcuterie boards can be a really low key way to serve up a snack when using basic elements to bring it together.

Truth be told, I would love to have access to Trader Joe's all the time to spruce up my boards every now and then, giving them more flair than what I have access to around here. I'll be keeping that in mind for the next time I'm near one so I can stock up on nonperishables for a different board feel. Any who, I love how this board turned out, and whether it's for the 4th of July or a summer day, it's the perfect way to serve up a snacky meal for date night at home; sharing with friends; or as a fun alternative for a kiddo-approved meal - Greer loves a charcuterie board as much as her mama does :)
